Premier Events was proud to support Microsoft at the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting in Davos, Switzerland an influential gathering where global leaders, innovators, and decision-makers come together to shape the future of business, technology, and society.
Working closely with Microsoft’s internal teams, we helped bring the Microsoft Café to life as a dynamic hub for conversation, collaboration, and executive engagement throughout the week. The space hosted nearly 375 bilateral executive and demo meetings, along with curated sessions and activations designed to foster meaningful dialogue among leaders from around the world.
Our team provided end-to-end project management and operational support, overseeing event logistics, supplier coordination, internal registration, and executive meeting management. We also managed housing and travel logistics for Microsoft staff and support teams, coordinated safety and security processes, and supported communications and scheduling leading up to the event.
From the build-out of the café space and branded environment to the orchestration of meetings, sessions, and executive experiences, our team ensured every detail was thoughtfully managed and executed seamlessly on the ground.
